Goosnargh Village Hall

Goosnargh Village Hall is for the community.​

 

Since its inception in the early 1980's, Goosnargh Village Hall has always been a popular community focal point.

 

The main hall, has a large wooden dance floor, as well as a large raised stage area with complete side wings access and perfect accoustics.

Ideal for dance classes, amateur dramatic productions and choral groups.

 

Male and Female ground floor toilet facilites, are accessed from a private corridor, so not intruding on any events being held in the hall.  Additionally toilets for those less-able are also available with easy access.

 

The Kitchen which is accessed from the main hall, is fully functional to be able to provide a hot food service, with 2 serving hatches should you need to operate a clean and dirty area hygiene system.  Crockery and cutlery is provided.

 

Unfortunately we no longer offer a bar service; but please discuss with us about licencing laws and bringing your own alcohol.

 

In addition there is a small committee meeting room which can seat 15 to 20 people and is available for block bookings or one off hire; independently of the main hall.  This is upstairs so perhaps not suitable for those with limited mobility. 

 

We also have a large downstairs room which previously has been used as a satellite Doctors surgery and also a base for the local police constable; this room is now available to rent and would perhaps prove suitable for a small business needing a local base in the village.  Ideally we are looking for a more permanent occupier, but obviously willing to discuss - send us a message if you are interested !

 

Car parking is available on site; but limited.
